On Site Support Services Through Ignite Boston CardConnect

We offer software, hardware & networking support services in your place of business at the rate of $85 per hour with one hour minimum. Emergencies and weekends are billed at the rate of $120 per hour with one hour minimum.. It does not include initial hardware and or menu setup.

Discount may apply if you receive merchant services through CardConnect Boston

Response time will be within 30 minutes and one hour, with priority given to to clients that receive merchant services through Ignite Boston

All hardware we provide our clients carry up to 3 years warranty through the manufacturer and all warranty repairs are directed to the manufacturer with the exception of a few instances that we may decide to do the repairs ourselves due to certain circumstances.

All support services are prepaid - Balances due and payable at the time of completion.
