Emergencies Only through out 5:00 PM - 10:00 AM and weekends. It does not include initial hardware and or menu setup.Subscription includes only help that can be done over the internet..
If anything that cannot be fixed online and you ( the client ) require to dispatch a service person to your place of business you ( the client ) have to purchase a per hour service .
There is a $20 discount if you receive merchant services through Cardconnect Boston
Response time will be within ten minutes and one hour, with priority given,
to clients that receive merchant services through Cardconnect Boston
First Data credit card processing configuration is included in your monthly subscription.
For all other processors there is a charge of $120 per hour, one hour minimum ( remote login ) service.
All hardware we provide our clients carry up to 3 years warranty through the manufacturer and all warranty repairs are directed to the manufacturer with the exception of a few instances that we may decide to do the repairs ourselves due to certain circumstances.
Any instances that remote support is needed to reconfigure and or network machines that have been repaired by the manufacturer requires a charge of $60 per half hour, with half an hour minimum.
Hardware that need to be reprogrammed and or reconfigured due to storms, burglary and misuse are subject to a $60 per half hour, with half an hour minimum.
Per incident support is also available at the same rate of $60 fee per hour one hour minimum .
